Developer documentation.
The starting point for building bots, apps and integrations with the REST API, the WebSocket Gateway and the official libraries. This page is a short introduction; the full reference is on the official site.5
All REST API requests are made to this address:5
https://gateway.jubbio.com/api/v1With every request you send a token in the Authorization header. There are two kinds:5
Authorization: Bot YOUR_BOT_TOKEN
Authorization: Bearer USER_ACCESS_TOKENBot— requests the bot makes on its own behalf.Bearer— requests made on a user's behalf through OAuth2.
Keep your token safe. Don't put your bot token in client code or a public repository, and don't share it with anyone; a leaked token gives full control of the bot. Keep the token in a .env file and add that file to .gitignore.5
@jubbio/core— client, Gateway connection, REST API, building blocks (builders) and interactions.@jubbio/voice— joining a voice channel, playing audio and managing the player. Optional.
npm install @jubbio/core
npm install @jubbio/voiceSources and notes
